At 20%, this long lasting topical (topically applied) insect repellent is effective up to 8 hours against mosquitoes, ticks, biting flies, gnats, chiggers and fleas. Picaridin is more effective at repelling biting flies than DEET. 20% Picaridin is virtually odorless; It has a mild citrus scent added to it which quickly evaporates away.

Works and no stains
The popular spray makes orange stains on my clothes and this one doesn't. It also lasts for 12 hours not 3. Use it and love it.

Picaradin mosquito repellent is one of the few things I've found to really work. I'm the person who leaves a BBQ with 23 mosquito bites, while my spouse has zero... They're unusually attracted to me. This spray works, and I love that there aren't any toxic chemicals in it.

Sawyer Picaridin Insect Repellent...
This stuff works well without Deet. I spend a lot of time outdoors and in the woods every summer and prefer not to use a lot of Deet. This is a great alternative to deet.

Not as great as expected
I bought this repellent for our family trip to the Dominican Republic. I think it helped some but it did not work as well as expected based on the comments people wrote. Although we applied it as directed, we still got some bites. I bought pumps and spray cans. The pumps didn't work all that well.

Perfect mosquito protection!
Great product. Low to no odor, no stain, no greasy or sticky residue, no damage to gear, and NO mosquito bites!!! What’s not to like?!?

The item is as described and the seller shipped and was received in a timely manner. So farther product works, the real test will be when we get to NC and all the ticks there
