Setting up the chair was very easy. So far, it’s great. It’s comfortable and sturdy and I an able to adjust the height as necessary for each client

I wouldn’t say it’s the most comfortable but for the price point this chair meets all my expectations! so far a year of use and it’s holding up with no visible signs of where or malfunctions. Very simple to put together and aesthetically pleasing.

These chairs were easy to put together and look great. As far as the quality goes, they could use some work. The foot rest feels flimsy and flexes alot when you place your feet on it. They are also a little tight when you try to spin them. I hope they loosen up with continued use. All in all, I feel that they are a decent value for the price.

The screw were stripping because the way the betta was it want letting the screw go all the way in to screw so I only have 5 installed at the bottom second the pump that makes the chair go up and down has two ways that is supposed to go in. They have on a chair correct installation is different from the manual correct installation so that needs to be fixed. I almost put it in wrong because I was falling the correct way on the paper so I had to put it in and see which one was correct so far I just got the base in, so we'll see. update had to return it screws do fit chair fell apart with me In it. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND now I gotta ship this big heavy a** chair back

It’s a good chair for the money. I just got mine of Oct 2025. Your client will sit straight up no leaning in this chair. It’s a pretty chair. Only thing I can say bad about it is the foot rest could lean out further.

I ordered two of these chairs for my salon and they are okay. I’ve had them for around a month now & you definitely get what you pay for. They seem to be sturdy, but the lever to raise and lower the chair is very close to the bottom of the seat. You can’t even fit your foot between them. It pops a lot and makes a lot of noises when my clients sit in them. It is also very low to the ground. I am 5’7” & have a hard time with the nape of the neck on my clients, bc even when it is pumped up as high as possible, it’s still not high enough. The cushion is also not very comfortable, but it’s not the most uncomfortable chair ever either. On the flip side, they are exactly as pictured. The “leather” is very nice and the chairs look very professional. Very easy to put together, if you follow the instructions. They are very easy to clean & do not stain & are bleach-proof. They get the job done. All in all, I would more than likely order again (so far) simply because I am too cheap for Minerva Beauty salon chairs lol
