Great for blood sugar balance
I take fenugreek for blood sugar, as well as the digestive benefits, the flavor will take a few weeks to get used to. But in pill form, the flair isn’t an issue at all.

Arm pit sweat smell like maple
After two weeks of almost near consistency of taking three pills once a day, my armpit sweat has started to smell like maple syrup. Directions is to take three pills up to three times a day. I weigh 85lbs. includes slight increase of sex drive

This item arrived open and looks to be missing some item you can see the glue that hold the seal closed is so old it wasn't even sticking anymore not sure how long this item has been siting

Not effective at all
I honestly wanted to love this brand. Seems new and has good prices. I bought this supplement, cranberry extract and another supplement. None of them did anything for me. It was apparent when I started to up my intake of fenugreek and I never smelled like it. I’ve take other brands and only need to take 2 and can smell a difference within a day or two. Disappointed. I’m throwing all the supplements away.
