Professional Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine, Quality Dermabrasion Facial Skin Care Beauty Device with Power Suction HB-SF02

I love this microdermabrasion machine! I’ve been using it for almost a year now and my clients brag about their results. I wish the sprayer came with it when I ordered it!

I LOVE my Kendall. I use it anywhere on my body. Especially on my face. It has helped with the uneven skin on my face. I highly recommend the investment.

Just received this microderm machine, as a mobile esthetician this is very nice.

Was excited about this & it arrived on time. Only problem is even when its turned all the way up to max its at best on a level one on a normal Microdermabrasion machine. this would be great for home use so clients dont over exfoliate their skin. However not good for an Esthetician ~ no results ~ the filter didn't even have any skin in it when I finished using the device.

The filters don't work as they should. After my very first use there was visible debris BEHIND the filter and along the edge of the handle behind the filter. I contacted customer service with pictures to see if they had other filters for the machine. I was told that it comes with large and small filters. IT DOES NOT! I responded with pictures of the 6 pack of filters that were all the same small size. Then the story changes to "The machine only comes with 3 pack of small filters, no large ones. I hope you understand" "You don't know how to use the machine properly." WTF!! Do you provide proper filters or not? I asked for a response from a supervisor or someone who actually knows what should accompany the product they sell. Still no response. Most likely going to return this and go with another brand. If the filters suck, the machine with eventually die from all the skin cells clogging the motor. UPDATE: I'm returning this model for the Kendal HB-SF01. It isn't as appealing to the eye as this model and you need a bit more space for storage, but it works better. The suction is about the same, but it has a better filtration system, 2 different size filters. After use, there is no debris behind the filter like this model, and I think it will have a longer life with the double filtration method. I'd rather take a chance with this model, which works just as well.

Nice suction and save money buying your own machine and doing your own microdermabrasion instead of paying someone else to do it for you.

Poor suction and I’m unable to return since it’s been 32 days! :(

I bought this one only because i wanted to upgrade to a new one since I already have the Nova NV 500-b that i bought 10 years ago and it still works great with good suction. I tried the kendal brand first day I received it and the suction was horrible they even send me the wrong power cord. I had to use the power cord from my Nova machine, Luckily I returned it before the 30 day mark.
