This griddle is the best, from bacon and eggs, steak and cheese to west coast style burgers it does it all. Sears up steaks real nice too. Stir fry vegetables or cook up some onions to top the burgers with. The only problem is the grease splatter, you have to wipe grease down off the dials and protect the floor in front.y grill has 2 wide and one narrow grill sections and this replaces one of the larger ones and fits perfect. If you have a larger grill I would recommend replacing the center grill section, to lower the splatter on the side. I treat it like cast iron skillet, I just scrape it, wipe it down then rub it with some bacon grease or avocado oil.

Yes! You have to season it, both sides. Used vegetable oil. Made some great sliders, shrimp skewers and chicken thighs already and performs.

This product is a great alternative to a flat top grill, similar to a Blackstone griddle. Griddle. I got it to be able to cook smash burgers and stir fry on my grill and it works perfectly for that! The only drawback is that it is somewhat difficult to clean while on the grill. It heats up fast and cooks items with ease!

This was an exact fit for my Broil King Grill. It is great for small items and anything I would do on my griddle inside. Super excited to use it more.

I use this all the time. Use it for making bacon, brussels sprouts, veggies, you name it. Very sturdy. The only thing that might be a slight downside is the reservoir for holding the oil could be slightly bigger, but definitely not bad. Fits really well in my broil king grill.

We have the best of two worlds. Just replaced a 5 year old propane grille, rusted through, top rack disintegrated, with a new 3-burner stainless steel grille. My other-half wanted to switch to a flat plate griddle, - living in Florida, I did not see how to keep it from rusting since this is kept on a covered patio. After reading many reviews & trying a smaller Lodge griddle on the previous grille, we decided to get a larger griddle and found the Broil King had generally good reviews, nice design - raised edge & area to scrape excess oil, etc on one end. So far boneless pork & salmon have turned out like restaurant quality. Flat surface is quite smooth, heats evenly (note 1 star in "light weight" category above) & is large enough to do an entire Sam's salmon or 2 pounds of asparagus at a time. Does not "fit" our grille, just placed on grate & heat for 5-10 minutes. Heavy oil spray & ready to go. Salmon takes between 90 seconds to five minutes, asparagus 5-10 minutes at lower temperature. I am looking forward to expanding the menu to include eggplant, potatoes, steak & onions. Best of all, with the close-out price on the propane grille & the very reasonable price of the Broil King griddle we have a working (and cleanable) "flat top" at a bargain price. Note - due to difficult clean-up, we do not plan on using the ribbed side ...

Today is 9/2/25. We have had this griddle for about a month and have used it 4-5 times. My husband has been very pleased with it. We don't grill every night but he's happy with it. He's made smash burgers, salmon, london broil with mixed vegetables ( zucchini, yellow summer squash, red peppers, mushrooms, onions ) and Naan bread heated on the cooler non- griddle side of the grill. He is looking forward to making breakfast on the griddle. It heats up evenly and cleans up easily.

Works well with a webber summit gold. Best fitting griddle to replace 1/2 the grill grates with minimal gap. Grease drain could be better, may fix this issue with a drill later (hence the 4 stars). Overall happy for the price. A thicker one would retain heat better but cost more. If you know how to work with cast iron you will like this, if not you will complain.

Was considering a Blackstone but though I would try this first. It's good enough for a few smah burgers, or to cook up some mushrooms and onions for your steak. I've found it handy for sure. Good quality, durable, and nice even heat.
