Perfect
Great hat, got it for my dad to chauffeur family around for my wedding. Perfect. Everybody loved it.

Good at a distance, very flawed up close.
When the hat came in the mail it looked very official and spiffy and the hat has gotten me many a compliment at work by patrons and drivers alike. My complaints however is the price versus the quality. The materials used on the outside were standard but a quick look on the inside of the hat found unraveling string causing the inner lining to fall apart which was corrected with my own sewing. The plastic visor part wasn't attached to the inner lining causing abrasions on my forehead remedied by tape over the scratchy holes. The neck straps weren't aligned/symmetrical on either side causing the hat to sit wrong. The leather strap over the plastic visor wasn't centered and the gold buttons broke when moving the strap so I removed the gold buttons and strap entirely. That's when I learned the visor itself wasn't centered to the rest of the hat. If the price wasn't so steep I would have been pleased with the quality and what attention to detail there was. What I paid for was attention to detail and only minor flaws, what was provided was a Spirit Halloween costume. In short it's not quality for someone wanting to wear it more than once and is mildly disappointing.

Very Disappointing! Buy the $15 costume hat!
Bought this hat from the seller’s website (they have not yet published my review!) to use for the chauffeur for a friend’s wedding. Hat arrived totally bent out of shape and the materials are very cheap! Ended up buying a $15 replacement hat from Amazon that at least had a faux leather looking bill and wasn’t all bent out of shape.

Great hat- Could use improvement.
The hat is great but could be of a little higher quality. I ordered it directly from their site. I have a big head 24 1/2 circumference and this hat is tight on me!! Tried using a hat stretcher and didn’t do much justice. This hat would be magnificent if it came in a 2X. Also the headband that goes under your neck broke after first time trying it on. Love the hat! I get a lot of compliments and other limo/bus drivers asking me where I purchased it
