Lovely sheen. Simple and quick to apply.
Great product. I used it indoors on grey slate floor tiles. They always looked a bit dull except when they’d just been mopped. I put four coats on over the course of an afternoon and they have a lovely sheen to them now. Easy to apply. Ready for extra coats in about an hour. And no smell or mess. Not sure how durable it’ll be in a high foot traffic area, but fingers crossed.

Seems to do the job. Very easy to apply. More coats = higher gloss.
I had a tired grey limestone covered terrace, just an unattractive flat lacklustre affair. I can't comment yet on the longevity of the treatment but application has transformed it. However, a few tips. It's easy to apply by spray; I recommend the Spear & Jackson 5 litre costing around £14. Don't flood the surface, use at least two - better three - very light 'dustings' but, if you can, make very sure that the surface is as clean as possible as the stone sealer will highlight every imperfection not disguise it. Final hint, don't get it on any surrounding areas - plastic patio door sills etc (as did I) or you'll spend ages with solvent removing it!

Great Product….Excellent!
I don’t generally review any products, but the Smartseal Wetlook Finish is the best I have used. And I have used many. I used it on a dark slate pavers, with a roller, the coverage goes a long way, and the finish is amazing, the second coat is even better……great product! 👍.

Not as effective as hoped
I have a 300mm sandstone ball in my garden and when it rains, the colours on it really pop and stand out, it looks beautiful. I thought this treatment would give it that look permanently, but it just looks ever so slightly darker. Thankfully I only purchased the sample size. Did 2 coats but only used half a bottle.

Works beautifully on black slte.
Bottom line – this worked brilliantly for me. More detail – I've tried all of the most recommended brands of exterior stone sealer, and as most of the comments on Amazon (or anywhere) will tell you, none of them produce the claimed “wet-look, gloss finish” … at best you will get a barely perceptible satin sheen. However, this one, “SmartSeal Natural Stone Sealer - Wet Look Finish” worked amazingly well for me on newly laid Brazilian Black Slate patio slabs, to give an obvious lustrous shiny surface … massive difference compared to what I had with previous sealers from Sika, Floorseal, HG, LTP, Fila … that's not a complaint about those other sealers, I think they're are ll good protective sealers, but for me on real black slate they only gave lets say a 10% effect whereas I'd rate the SmartSeal effect at 80% … that's a Night-&-Day difference (I used it diluted 50-50 with plain cold water). … of course I can't say whether or not it will work so well on say limestone, sandstone, granite, though I don't think I would want a shiny surface on those anyway.

Not wet looks!
It's definitely sealed the brickwork as you can tell the difference in texture however to say wet looks is totally misleading. I specifically wanted to bring the original colours back as they look after being wetted and this product only slightly brings up the colour. I'm disappointed at £30 per litre I was expecting it to be as described. Not returned as used most of it. Avoid
