Installation and setup was easy except for a problem updating the firmware which failed three times. Only a device restart resolved it - option in the app - but two power cycles before this didn’t help for some reason. Once that issue was resolved set-up was a breeze. Video quality is clear with high definition and notifications are near instantaneous. There is a slight lag in the video streaming by around 3 seconds but it’s no deal breaker, me and the missus tested it with a conversation through the door bell and her phone and it worked fine. The build quality of the door bell is high too. The doorbell is also linked to my Alexa Dots and Shows around the house acting as house wide doorbell chimes, in addition to the chime supplied with Eufy doorbell. There is a slight 2 second delay for bell chimes sounding on Alexa devices but again not so delayed to make it useless. The only downside is video streaming from the doorbell to an Echo Show - there is a good 30 second lag/delay between an action in front of the camera and seeing it on the Echo Show screen, And it buffers and disconnects a lot from the Echo Show when streaming video. So I won’t be using this for watching the video feed over Alexa unfortunately. All in all though it’s a cracking thing and works really well. The app is professional and full of features and configuration settings to allow you to choose motion detection zones, video quality for streaming and recording etc etc. Oh and it has 4GB of internal storage for video storage which is more than I expected. Very impressed and got it on Amazon Prime day with £50 off. Update 20/11/20 The Eufy doorbell is still performing well after a few weeks. I thought I’d update this review as the video feed to an Echo Show device seems much improved. The delay now, for me at least, is only 5 seconds. The feed does end after a few minutes but that appears to be by design.

This is a great bit of kit. It ticked all my boxes on requirements, and in fact more due to the compatibility with home Alexa setup. The doorbell is sturdy built and smart looking, very easy to setup, just take it one step at a time. I purchased a separate MicroSD card and mistakingly bought a 512gb card, it takes max 128gb MicroSSD so I had to get another, mentioned so no one else does it :-) The app on the phone is slightly sluggish to connect to the doorbell, even within range, but not an issue as it alerts fine and connects instantly when the bell is rung. I read battery is an issue, however, I charged mine to full when I unbowed it, and it's now been up 15 days and has only gone down to 74%, so unless you are sitting there watching the neighbours throughtl it constantly, battery life doesn't seem an issue at all. The additional plusses are no subscription and it's portable (I haven't hard wired it but everything to do so is supplied, with jumpers to use existing cabling) - as I plan to move soon.

Decent enough for the price. Fairly easy to use and the camera quality itself is quite good. Had trouble connecting it to the mains which I was not able to do in the end. The App is decent also but sometimes does not record things. Size looks a bit bulky but I guess that is because of the battery. Battery life is decent, but is annoying having to keep an eye on it and charging it

No real problems with setting up the camera. Instructions are wrong in a few places. Battery charge light stays red even when full, which takes hours. The chime won't connect so it doesn't work. Took 4 hours trying to set it up, plus a call to technical support. Still not working a day later. Wouldn't find my network. So when someone rings the doorbell it's not heard on the chime. When an event happens, like someone approaches the door the resultant clip takes ages to download from the SD card, if it does it at all. Several times it has not viewable. I would send it back but it would leave two holes in the brickwork by the front door. This technology doesn't work. Avoid.

Very easy to install. Super user friendly. Has a nice quality video. The only thing that took maybe 10 minutes to figure it out was sending the invitation to my wife so she can have access to the doorbell app, not just me. Oh, and you if you leave on a main street that has high traffic, you are not ready for the notifications. What I mean by that is that the doorbell sense people really fast and if the it's set up for that, you'll get a notification for every person that passes by your house. I had to set the sensor to the lowest level, and even with that it still so good at detecting people. Also, there's no need to put the SD card into the Chime, just place it into the doorbell and you have the recordings available on your phone through the app. But if you want to you can put one into the Chime, but that means you'll have to buy 2 SD cards. But everyone is different. Anyway, this is one good doorbell and the price range is acceptable compared to others. Regarding the battery, I only lost 1% so far and it has been on for 5 days. So is going to be a while till the battery runs out of juice. And to avoid any headaches, i bought a second battery as a backup when i need to charge the first one. But with the way things are going I don't think is going to happen soon. Also, Night vision, crisp quality, but depends what lighting you have in your area, still it performs very well. Overall, I am glad that I bought this doorbell, now I don't have to worry that I will not hear when someone knocks atthe door.

Video doorbell provides excellent extra security. However, despite very thorough set-up instructions, it is quite challenging to properly set up, such as getting notifications on a second phone - so be patient and persevere! After using for several months, I find it doesn't always activate when someone comes to the door, but mostly it works well.

After purchasing the C30 and realizing that I could only get about three weeks of battery life per charge, I decided to upgrade to the C31. The higher battery capacity and the fact that the battery is removable were the main factors that influenced my decision. Positives of the C31: • The video quality is clear and crisp. • Two-way communication – The audio is clear at both ends of the conversation. • The included wedge was helpful, as I needed to angle the doorbell to get the correct view. • Colour night vision – Despite claims from Eufy, YouTube reviews and Google, with an outdoor light, you will get colour night vision, which is a great feature. • Smart, robust design – It’s both functional and attractive. • Oh yea, no subscription required A bonus with the C31 is the choice to wire it directly to the mains using an adapter, which eliminates the need for battery charging. However, since my wall is very thick, this wasn’t an option for me. To minimize downtime, I bought a spare battery, so when it’s time for a swap, it only takes about three minutes. As days lengthen and the temperature increases, I am sure the time between charges will improve, i.e. the IR LEDs wont come on so readily and of course lithium, like me prefer warmth. Now for the not-so-great part: • In the app, the battery initially shows as 100% for about five days. But once it starts to drop, it does so quickly and dramatically. • The settings I have are required to capture the action I need but they do impact battery life.

Bought to replace previous model C210. This item works in the same way as the C210 with chime, and DOES NOT REQUIRE HOMEBASE if you don't have one as the chime works in conjunction with the doorbell (but you need to set up chime first, then select home base unit for the doorbell during set up to use chime - this detail is not in instructions!). This has several upgraded features over the C210 including 2k resolution, usb c charging port, removable battery, wired or battery power capability. Appears to have better connection to WiFi, so perhaps antenna is upgraded? The release mechanism for the doorbell from the mount is now placed on the top, this is great as its so much easier to remove for charging. Charging also seems to be much quicker than it was on the C210! You can also hard wire this into power if you have cables, removing need to recharge. Also of note is that you can put SD card directly into the doorbell, which means you can set up without the chime unit if this is your preference. Worth noting this is slightly bigger than the C210 meaning that you can't use the mount for the C210 if you already have this installed. The screw positions on the new mount are also slightly further apart, so you'll need to drill new holes so bear this in mind. Quality of camera is slightly better but not that noticeable over the previous 1080p sensor in the C210. Seems to have more options for sensitivity of motion detection, if this is of importance to you to prevent false detections at high traffic areas. Night vision is as per previous C210 and perfectly adequate for night time use. My previous C210 failed multiple times due to water ingress through the lens cover seal. This newer model looks like it has a much thicker and robust seal so hoping this problem as been resolved!

+ lokale Speicherung (wobei man natürlich nie sicher sein kann was bei chinesischem Hersteller doch an Daten im Ausland landet) + einfache Installation (mit Netzteil statt mir Akku) + gute Videoqualität (auch bei Dunkelheit) neutral + / - : Bewegungserkennung (solange nur privates Grundstück auch datenschutzrechlich mit beiliegendem Hinweisaufkleber in Ordnung); funktioniert recht gut; hat aber machmal "Lücken" - Verzögerung in Richtung Alexa (das Problem haben wohl aber alle smarten Türklingeln)

Dopo un paio di giorni di test posso fare le mie valutazioni. - Iniziamo dal contenuto della confezione: videocitofono, chime e adattatore per il montaggio angolato. Ma soprattutto (cosa che non mi era chiara) è presente l'alimentatore del videocitofono. Era l'unica cosa che mi rendeva perplesso, in quanto nella descrizione è indicato "richiede cavi dei citofoni esistenti, 16-24 V CA, 30 VA o superiore". Allora erano cominciati i miei dubbi sui fili preesistenti del mio appartamento: sarebbero stati sufficienti per alimentarlo? Probabilmente sì, ma problema risolto in ogni caso perchè è presente il suo specifico alimentatore, con spine internazionali, inclusa l'italiana. Il chime ha anch'esso la spina italiana tra le altre e funziona alla grande, ma a me non server perchè integrando la skill in Alexa, quando qualcuno suona il campanello, mi squillano tutti gli Echo Dot che ho scelto di collegare. - Utilizzo: l'app è fatta bene ed è intuitiva. Le notifiche sono immediate. Il videocitofono (che nel mio caso sarà utilizzato al posto del campanello posto sul pianerottolo) ha una qualità altissima, anche di notte. Ha l'opzione per correggere l'effetto fisheye (avete presente la telecamera che fa effetto spioncino, tutto deformato in modo sferico). Sotto una certa distanza fisica sul videocitofono si illlumina un led azzurro ad anello, che a mio parere fa anche da deterrente per i malintenzionati... insomma avvisa che si è sotto controllo. Le impostazioni di rilevamento automatico sono eccezionali, grazie al software che distingue sagome e volti, riconoscendo se si tratta di persone vicine o lontane, di fronte o di spalle, animali, auto. Io ho abbassato il livello perchè installandolo su pianerottolo, non voglio una notifica per ogni movimento, ma solo per persone vicine e che sono con il viso verso la mia porta di casa. P.s.: alla prima accensione il software mi segnalava un aggiornamento firmware disponibile, che ne avrebbe migliorato le prestazioni. Come ho già letto in altre recensioni, a mano non andava, ma il dispositivo di notte si è poi aggiornato da solo, quindi non fateci caso, si risolve da sè.

Fácil de montar,detecção funciona muito bem, qualidade de imagem de dia e de noite muito boa comparada com outras marcas pelo mesmo preço, recomendo

La sonnette eufy est parfait. Notifications a la seconde meme lorsque qqun sonne. Marche parfaitement. Je suis super ravis de ce produit. Tres facile à installer et à programer. Je trouve qu’il fonctionne mieux qur le ring.
