How is this vanilla and yet it has no vanilla in the s?

I imagine its in the 'Flavouring'. so it will be vanilla essence, not a vanilla pod or vanilla bean.

Is this a milk substitute to use for coffee please if so whats it like

Yes you can use it as a milk substitute although it's quite sweet so I tend just to put a wee squirt in along with my milk just to give my coffee a nice vanilla taste - I think it might be too sweet if you used too much.

How do you stop this curdling when adding to coffee?

I find that if you put the creamer in first and then the coffee, it really helps. But even when it does curdle, a quick stir seems to sort it.
