I have eczema on my face and it has been very challenging to find products that work well for me. All the products of this brand work so well and have helped clear up the eczema.

When they say intensive, I could not agree more with that. This oil is that and so much more. It’s a very hydrating oil/ moisturizer, full of top notch ingredients.. impressive ingredients, to promote beautiful, healthy skin, without adding to the natural, immense oils that my skin already pumps out on a consistent basis. You’d think that oil on top of oil would yield a catastrophe, but shockingly NO, not at all! It gives me just the right amount of skin stability to look more youthful and feel more soft, without any intense grease splatter. I feel soft as a baby’s bottom, and my red, burny skin feels very soothes by this facial oil. I’ve had NO breakouts, and I think it’s even helped to calm my rosacea NOT agitate it, so this oil is good for sensitive skin, as I have VERY sensitive skin, personally. My redness has decreased, and that alone impresses me. Inflammation must be calmed by this oil. I would recommend this moisturizing, soothing oil, and this brand in general. I’ve had numerous items by this brand that I have tested out, and I have not been let down to date. It’s not a cheap product, but it’s a worthy one, and a little bit goes a long way. 5 stars for this one! I hope my review has been helpful for you :).

Don't buy both oils like I did. They have the exact same ingredients. The rosehip scar oil is bigger but mine exp. on 10/22 (4 mo away). Too much oil to use in that time. The intensive facial oil is smaller but mine expires in 7/23. Buy ONE depending on how much/quicky you use it. Can't comment on how it works so far, but isn't irritating my tsw/ sensitive skin.

I used to use oils only with my morning facial routine, but Balmonds is so effective I use it right before bed time too. The oil works well in two ways: in the morning I wash my face, apply a light serum, and then put just a few drops of this oil over the serum. The combination makes skin soft and moisturized, and cream make-up blends beautifully over the two. My face looks better toned and has added suppleness. Applying the oil at night assures that my skin stays soft and hydrated. Only a few drops are needed per application to see and feel results. I'm middle-aged, but still prone to skin break-outs--this oil causes no problems in that regard. I’m outdoors a lot, and that wreaks havoc on dry skin. Since using this, my face remains hydrated and there’s not a hint of dry skin anywhere. That’s all I ask from a skin oil—this one is affordable and incorporates a variety of beneficial oils. Best of all, only a few drops are needed to do the job, so one bottle lasts a good while.

This is a lovely oil -- it feels light and smells wonderful. However, it takes quite a while for my skin to absorb it, even when I use just a very small amount on my face. I try to help it along by using gua sha massage tools or a set of cryo-sticks I store in the freezer. I've been using the at night because it leaves my face so oily, but it does really help my skin feel less dry and taut overnight. I wake up with soft, smooth skin, which is so nice. I also like using it on my elbows, hands and nails and it is very effective in those areas as well. The container is a heavy glass jar with a dropper deliver system that allows me to get just the right amount of oil with no waste. I like the oil, and I just need to use a small amount so the bottle will likely last quite a while. The current price of $34.95 seems reasonable for this well formulated, high quality oil. However, I received an unsealed bottle in a open box which didn't seem right for a premium product. I want the assurance of a seal indicating that I am receiving a pristine, new product. I always do a skin test a day in advance of using a new product, but this time I spent several days testing it on my forearm before trying it on my face.

Ordered this for my sweetie. It rubs in and absorbs well, with a pleasant, natural scent. Not greasy in the slightest! Only a few drops does the job. Most importantly, no more dry skin over a very dry late summer and early fall! A little bit of the product goes a long way. Which is a good thing, based on the ONE negative comment which she has passed on regarding this product. However, this Balmonds brand scent is more versatile. I’ve still not covered the only negative for this - which is the price. The comparison product ounce for ounce is less expensive. Both this and the comparison product are about equal to us, as one had more rounded and subtle scent, while the other is more of a value. If you are a tropical, coconut fan, then the comparison product may be a better choice. If rosehip and lavender are more your thing, then this brand is definitely quality and moisturizes as advertised!

This facial oil is very moisturizing and doesn’t leave face greasy even for oily skin. I have ce oily skin but noticed I needed a little more moisture in the skin I’m certain areas such as under my eyes and this worked great in giving me the moisture that my regular daily moisture wasn’t giving me. I even switch to using this on my son whose a toddler. I was using another moisturizer on him but notice he needed more moisture to the face around his nose& upper lip area which I think is due to him blowing his nose. I just put him back in daycare & he caught a cold leading to the frequent blowing of the nose. Since using this product, his nose & upper lip area doesn’t seem dry anymore and the effects seems to last all day. I definitely recommend this for anyone with any skin type.

this oil is really good! it’s super nourishing and rich without being greasy. i prefer to add a couple drops of this to other products so i can space it out to last me longer and to give my other creams and moisturizers a little extra boost. it’s worked out pretty well this way and i still get the benefits of using this product daily without going through it too quickly. i didn’t experience any irritation or pimples from it either and it absorbs well as long as you don’t over do it. i think this is better than other oils around this price and more. it was a pleasant surprise and i’ll be getting more when i’m out for sure.

For 7 mths i'd severe redness, dry scaly skin on my forehead, eyebrows and around my hairlines. Tried every oil/balms and all the special hypersensitive or ezcema skincare in the market. It was an expensive period of on test/trials. I discovered Balmoral by chance on Amazon, read reviews and yet again I'll give it a ago. Oh boy, at last hit the jackpot! At long last, my skin started clearing in completely in just less than week. I'm now in my 2nd week if using Balmorsl oil AND balm, my skin is baby soft, radiant and constantly remained moisterized throughout the day. I wouldnt have thought I suffered before. Thank you Balmoral... that must have been an endless tedt & trial to produce the oil and balm. I'm very grateful for all your efforts to make your products so highly effective (I can only say for myself as anyone's skin is different) Well done Balmoral!
