Yes, the LZ0 uses the same oil and oil filter. 7 quarts DexosD approved oil and a PF66 oil filter.

Does this kit come with an official ac delco pf66 oil filter?

Yes. I have used this kit three times for my 2020 SIlverado 1500 diesel, and it has always come with the AC Delco PF66.

Is the decos d 0 w20 a full synthetic for diesel?

Yes, this is a synthetic oil for the 3.0 LM2 Duramax Diesel with the Dexos D approval.
