The voltage and watt of humidifier/dehumidifier are within 100V(1000W)~240V(2400W). Also, the humidifier/dehumidifier does not have a built-in controller.

Can the alarm be disabled from the unit while still being able to alert you via your phone?

Yes. There is an icon to cancel the alarm sound on the App page.
