New to using these
We just recently purchased these. They aren't horrible but my husband said they have a weird texture. Not bad. Hopefully they will work.

Reintroduce Good Bacteria to win the battle of the bowels
I had a two week stint of stress and poor eating habits prior to taking a week long vacation in Puerto Penasco Mexico which was indeed a much needed getaway. I had a wonderful relaxing time. My wife and I basically lived on the beach when not sleeping in our beach side villa. We lived on a diet of Carne asada and seafood tacos, mangos, bottled water, fresa coladas, and shots of tequila. Seems to work well for my digestive system
I can say much about what itโs doing for my gut health but I think this has been doing a great job at regulating my digestive system. I was always a person that rarely had bowel movements(2 times a week) and generally struggled when going, but after a few weeks of taking this Iโve become very regular at once a day basically every morning.
