Beyond and above the delicious taste, and pure, highest quality California Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Cobram Estate Classic, I must give a HUGE shoutout to them for most carefully wrapping and bubblewrapping, and adding two boxes, with the olive oil tightly and perfectly, professionally packed to ensure my olive oil arrived in perfect condition. The reason I am saying this, is because earlier today, in my immaculate lobby in the San Francisco Bay Area, a driver left a small box, spilling red Prego spaghetti sauce out from a box where the glass had clearly shattered inside, and with everything sopping as the must have seen - dripping all over a fancy beige foyer carpet. It was simply disgusting - so to have this extra special wonderfully packaged, and much larger bottle arrive this evening - well kudos!

This is really good oil. Until I got this, I hadn't thought that much about olive oil. I thought the one I'd been using for a few years was good (it was), but this brand is more transparent and documented. I'm much more careful about what i consume foodwise the older I get. This is my new regular from now on. What I like: You know what you're getting. I can see that harvest date and best by dates at a glance. It was also packaged so well. And then there is the pop-out pour spout so that the oil is not wasting and running down the sides of the bottle when I use it. Not to mention the opaque glass bottle. I did a subscribe and save in this Classic version, but I am going to give the Mild and the Robust a try soon.

I love that it has a retractable spout for when covering with the cap. I am yet to use it to see how it performs when cooking, l but the color is nice and olive green. It has a nice rich pure olive taste too. I drank some earlier today and it’s easily digestible, good on the skin and hair.

I am pretty sure this is one of the healthy olive oils that isn't mixed with other ones

Great flavor and it was not packed well in box. Bottle broke with first pour.

The product is really top quality and meets the standards for a Extra Virgin Olive Oil per U.C. Davis testing of Olive Oils in the market.Cold Pressed Olive Oil and California Olive Oil at that.
