Bad seller. One of the two strut is bad
Although, assembling is quite easy, but these struts seems to be of bad quality. From the day 01 of installing there was a creaking from it while opening or closing tail gate, which I though will go away; but on the 9th day evening one of the strut became bad/unresponsive. On contacting amazon the very next day I was assured that they have raised the issue with seller. He will contact me within 02 days. Despite this seller didn't contacted me and now on calling amazon I have been asked that the issue of returning/ replacement of product can only be done from my side. Unfortunately, on trying to return this in the amazon app, neither there is any such option nor I am able to contact seller. This time it was very pathetic experience with amazon.

Spring had high tension than the OEM. Need to be careful for initial few months until the tension reduces.
