I've tried a couple different brands of this herb and this one definitely stands out. Cleaned my out like expected and great vivid dreams. Everything else checks out as well.

Haven't been sick and my sleep is very very vivid. Without it my dreams end ,with it my dreams continue on. So vivid i see details of my dream from experiences years ago. well,i dont know if my mind is any clearer lol but i will say that it has made an improvement with going # 2. i dont have any existing stomach issues to be clear. things seem to work much better in the bathroom as in a much larger movement meaning your getting rid of what needs to go. all of it! lol.

Guessing individual results are based on each person's biochemistry, but really this changed my ability to sleep correctly in the best type of way. Too many years of disruptions--got used to waking up in the middle of the night. Enter Haritaki before bedtime on an empty stomach (as possible) = Wow. Type of thing I actually worry about being overfarmed...like good Shaljit and fresh, free air. Going to try some other full-spectrum brands for fun. This one is definitely a 10/10.

I like the powder better

This is known as the "dream herb". I stopped dreaming about 2 years ago. I have been using haritaki for about 3 weeks, and whoa, my dreams are back, longer and more intense than years past. Visuals, colors intense.
