I mix with smoothies I can never have it with with water. You can’t test it once you blend it with your favourite fruits and vegetables. Please always do your own research or consult your doctor or midwife. In addition moringa contains zinc, vitamin A, potassium, calcium and even protein. Plus Is organic and great value for money and will last you long time small amount goes along way. I emptied mine into more suitable container than the pouch in come with. Moringa has so many health benefits. Definitely worth it.

This is a large resealable bag of Moringa that will last a long time as you only need a small amount, this is similar to Matcha and I add this into my tea, coffee and smoothies but it can be added to anything! I personally have around 1 teaspoon and a half as you don't need to use too much to get the benefit. This is lovely and organic and great for a health boost! Good value bag, recommnded!
