Moringa is a great food for pregnant women because of its rich nutrient profile. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and this helps with my daily iron and calcium intake. I mix with smoothies I can never have it with with water. You can’t test it once you blend it with your favourite fruits and vegetables. Please always do your own research or consult your doctor or midwife. In addition moringa contains zinc, vitamin A, potassium, calcium and even protein. Plus Is organic and great value for money and will last you long time small amount goes along way. I emptied mine into more suitable container than the pouch in come with. Moringa has so many health benefits. Definitely worth it.

This is a large resealable bag of Moringa that will last a long time as you only need a small amount, this is similar to Matcha and I add this into my tea, coffee and smoothies but it can be added to anything! I personally have around 1 teaspoon and a half as you don't need to use too much to get the benefit. This is lovely and organic and great for a health boost! Good value bag, recommnded!

There are so many benefits to consuming and using this moringa powder. I really wanted to like this and use it daily but unfortunately the taste and the smell in the packaging was really not to my liking. I wish I'd persevered with it though because the benefits are multiple and health enhancing.

This tastes like a spinach and green tea with a slight very slight kick. There are no directions/instructions on packaging on how to consume but I looked it up and it's obviously straight forward. Can be added to food and smoothies. I mixed mine 1tsp with warm water the 2nd time and drank straight, warm water is best to use than hot water because hot kills of the antioxidants/nutrition. When I first did it I used hot water and 2tsp and it had a gurgling effect on my stomach it was brewing I won't share too much info but..... Laxative. So either way this works and is beneficial for all sorts when you research it. Taste ok if you like spinach, green tea or greens in general not thick or gloopy but I recommend that you strain it. Only con is the packet does not do up dodgy clip packet Very Highly recommend. Thank you

I've been taking Moringa as capsules recently - quite an expensive route. This is much more practical, as I simply mix it in with my morning home-made muesli. It's well known for anti-inflammatory, memory and energy benefits. Will report back on effects, but initial impressions are very favourable.

This is pure organic Moringa powder. Ayurvedic herb is 100% vegan and has lots of beneficial nutritional elements to being healthy. Vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre, a great part of your daily routine of calcium, iron and Magnesium amongst others. It is packed in a resealable packet, but I buy coffee jars in glass, when used wash out, put the powder in and seal the top. They look nice, however I have a lot so need to label my glass jars. The powder is lactose free, and does not contain any additives. The powder can dye work tops etc so be mindful of that, it’s very strong. There is 500g in the sealed packet and should last a long while. I use the powder for cooking mostly every day, I add it to everything, even my dogs food bowl. As I have IBS, and bad kidneys, I find it helps within a few days of getting into the system with continuous use. The price presently stands at £13.99 per 500g. Really good price against supermarket prices for smaller amounts. You must read the back of the pack if allergic to anything, or seek your Doctors advice because if on other medications, there could be contradictions. Which means one tablet could work against the other, or make a tablet weaker . I really like Moringa and recommend it to anyone. Thank you

This Moringa powder in specific, comes packed in a thick plastic/silicon packaging that is filled to the very top with green powder! The moment I opened it, I could right away feel its strong and pleasant aroma! The powder itself is completely dry, so dry that it easily starts flying if you blow on it/move it because extremely fine milled. I know it's pricing can be a bit off-putting but keep in mind that you are ordering a premium quality product that surpasses numerous quality checks before arriving at your doorstep. I personally love adding it to my morning smoothies and even when I make muesli in the morning. Unfortunately I will have to drop one star because of it's packaging, my kitchen became a mess while trying to seal the zip-seal, decided to use a jar to store it in instead.
