These are so good and so impossible to find at the stores, even at Christmas. Many stores carry the Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark with Milk Chocolate, but few in my area have the bars with dark chocolate. Believe me, the difference in flavor is worth the search.Best to break off a small piece and let it melt in your mouth. Yum.Highly recommend getting several of these packages. The four bars in the one order are not enough; they will be gone before you know it.

Yum. As a dark chocolate fan these are a great combination with the peppermit i guess they are only seasonal cannot find during the year. if you do stock up. Wonderful that Amazon has them at a good price when avail. The peppermint is like a crushed candy cane gives it a nice crunch I also gave as gifts which I regret now as I am out. j/k

This is probably my favorite seasonal candy. No issues with chocolate blooming as another reviewer suggested. I've had some homemade peppermint barks before, but they're nowhere near as good as these. Maybe my family is just skimping on quality ingredients, but this is a much better way for me to indulge my minty chocolatey fix during the holidays.

I don't know if my package was put on ice for delivery or not but it was wet and soaked clear through the wrapping. I felt it was unsafe to eat. I know there is not supposed to be a refund for this product but I think this should be an exception. I know Ghirardelli would not approve of the shape of how this product arrived. I have ordered Ghirardelli in the past and the product was wonderful. Please consider a refund for this non-eatable product. Thank You.

OMG, I gave myself thrush eating 18 bars over three months of this stuff. Never again. It's wonderful, marvelous that you should eat this candy.Christmas to Valentine's day and a little longer at your favorite Target store or King Soopers. Oh my, I love it. Dark is my favorite. I don't like the Milk and you get the 3.5 oz bar for way less than a bag with those little squares mixed together both milk and dark. Yech!!!Choose your type of chocolate and get the bars. Hide them if they are a trigger food like they are for me. Once I open the paper; it's binge city.

I purchased these Ghirardelli chocolates as stocking stuffers for family and I'm sure they will enjoy them (yes, I couldn't resist and opened one up and treated myself to some sweet peppermint bark after a tough day of holiday shopping and holiday traffic! Ghirardelli must really be pushing this peppermint bark this year, as I have seen it in almost all the stores and well as here on Amazon with quite the pricing spread. I would say that with my Amazon prime account and it being on a lightning deal, it is a good solid 4-star product for taste, freshness and price. Each bar is segmented, so it is easy to share with others once you tear open the foil wrapping. I think I prefer the taste of the bark squares in these larger bars instead of the individually packaged single size pieces that Ghiradelli sells in variety packs. Not sure why, but the peppermint definitely is more pronounced in the large bars. From what I remember growing up here in California (not far from the Ghirardelli factory), the peppermint bark is only produced during the holidays so get it while its fresh :-)
