Best brinjal pickle
Love this pickle. Have also enjoyed other pickles by ashoka. Great value jars.

Soft, sweet and spicy.
Two big jars so I was taking a gamble . The texture thick, soft and sweet like mango chutney. The spicy flavour is very good. I haven't used it properly yet to say more. I would have preferred a less sweet and more robust texture but I still think it's good.
