Karcher PS40 Power Scrubber Brush/Broom Extension for Electric Power Pressure Washers K2-K5

Have a WHITE colored vinyl 14x22 lakeside deck, a 20 foot walkway, (4) 3x3 landing, 1 12x12 landing and 24 stairs on our lakeside home that happens to sit under massive Red and White Oaks. Between the "honeydew" sticky sap, shedding of the Oak catkins and nightly bugs, my decking takes quite a beating. Power washing gets l lot of it, but I like to use a mixture of hot water and Clorox outdoor bleach a couple times a year and brush it into the walking surfaces and stairs to really make it look brand new. This Power scrubber allows me to do that task faster and more efficiently. Thanks to Karcher for coming up with this item. It will also come in handy to wash the siding off as well.

Just when you thought your Karcher was "just fine". You wait until you get your hands on this Bad Boy! Dirt literally gets up and runs off down the driveway when it sees you setting up your Karcher with this, no need at all to turn the water on, the dirt is down the road and heading into your neighbors yard well before the water is needed. Highly Recommended. The Brush is stiff, it's got 3 jets and blasts water the way you want it to. Reasonable length, though i do wish it were either adjustable or slightly longer. I am 6'.

Scrubber works well with the Karcher Pressure Washer. We used this on our composite decking where a scrubbing motion was needed to get into all the grooves. Didn't perform as well on our cement patio as it leaves lines where the water shoots out. You just need to go over it a couple times to get all the dirt off. Otherwise, the scrubber is attached to a metal pole which gives it stability when moving it back and forth.

If someone really knows the quallity of this Germany mark, don't need any review. Just buy it, and let your wife be happy and surpriced after you leave perfect clean your hard floors.

The wand, while the same shiny metal as the Karcher Extension wand and the Karcher '90-degreee' wand, is not compatible with any of the other wands. Forget using the extension wand with it.

Purchased this with a new K3 sprayer. I got to wash down the garage floor from salt and sand. Assembled very easily by screwing together the two tubing sections into the brush head. In past just used the vario wand but decided to try this. The unit takes a little to get used to as it is only about 11" wide so you need go back and forth quite a bit. Need to get use to keeping the unit level when pulling back to keep my feet dry. The brush head would sometimes rotate if I wasn't careful. While I think the wand was quicker I think this actually cleans better. After a few more tries I probably will increase the rating once I get more experienced.

Ok its great at its job does exactly has it says perfect. But and then is a big but i fixed the tool on to my handle as per instructions and now i can not undo it, it just want budge ive literally tried to turn it with my muscles popping out my arms and it want budge. So now im stuck with a brush and i need to clean my windows and drive. Any help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
