We bought this as a temporary solution for a roof for our deck. The instructions are good but make sure you read them and understand the pictures. Definitely take the little screws and put them in separate sandwich bags with the correct part number on a sticky note. I got a 5 gallon bucket to put all the little bags in just to keep them organized. It takes at least two people to assemble it so definitely get a friend to help. A lot of time will be spent removing the protective layer off the roof panels. I found it to be the easiest when they are cold!! Bring them inside and turn the AC down and let them sit to get cold for a while. Overall very satisfied with product and recommend it to others.

We were going to build a wood gazebo but given the cost of lumber these days, going with a pre-made unit made sense cost wise and time/effort to install. I looked at a lot of different ones and ended up going with the Yoleny based on the reviews here on Amazon. Was a bit concerned with the manpower requirement (3people) and the picture only instructions to assemble this unit, but it turned out to be a non issue. My wife and I were able to put this together in two evenings of work and a few adult beverages and not requiring any help from others. The gazebo arrived over several days in 4 large boxes, 3 for the frame and 1 for the roof panels. The frame boxes are long but not that heavy, for the roof panels we had to open the box in the front of the house and carry the large panels to the backyard individually as the box was too heavy for us to carry in one trip. The instructions looked a bit lacking at first, but it ended up being a non issue for us. The best advice I can give, is to do a full inventory and lay out all the parts first. This really helps with knowing what all the parts look like so you can match them up with the illustrations. The long boxes have all the parts for the frame, so you could start once you have those as roof panels go on last. Only tools needed are a good Allen wrench, as the one provided in the kit is crap. To make things go a bit quicker I also used an electric screwdriver with both Philips and Allen bits. When assembling leave most of the screws loose to help fit things together, then go back and tighten things up once the frame is together. The roof panels are the biggest challenge as you are working on a ladder and the larger roof panels are awkward and take some tweaking to get all the holes to align, but not that bad really. This unit is well designed and looks pretty strong, but definitely needs to be anchored down. We installed ours on a concrete slab near our pool and I drilled holes in the concrete with my hammer drill and used screw in anchors from Lowes. Overall its a solid, good quality nice looking unit which should hold up for years

I ordered the 12' x 16' Hardtop Gazebo with the Galvanized Roof to install on my upper deck since it is not covered. Overall this is a great design and is very sturdy. Assembly instructions are pictorial only but fairly easy to follow. It took myself, daughter in love & granddaughters (12 & 17) four days to assemble working a couple of hours each day (it was a100 degrees that week so we could only stay out for limited time to get it completed). It does require 2-4 persons for assembly and at least two ladders. It took 4 people for lifting the roof bracing into place and securing the screws. Also, one person cannot reach far enough to align the top of the panels, overlap the corrugations and put the nuts on the screws and tighten them, it takes at least 2. The Z clips for the roof panels are hard to stay in place and sometimes we just had to let those fall off and remain that way (I checked with my husband who does metal work in his business and he said those are to help with wind/motion vibration and not for structure stability, so it would be fine if every one was not in place). Invest in a set of Allen bits for your electric drill because there are WAY too many screws to do this by hand tightening. Leave most of the screws loose to help fit everything together and then go back and tighten things up at the end. Also make sure you have a pair of rubber padded gloves when handling the roof sections or the edges may give you a few nasty cuts. The manufacture did provide a extra screws, spacers and Z clips. All of the holes lined up well and alignment was not a problem. If they don't align you may need to make sure the unit is square. We did discover that when installing the roof panels on the lower section, it was VERY helpful to loosen the bottom edge support (only loosen one side at a time), line up the panels with the screw holes and secure them and then reattach the edge support. My only criticism would be the curtains... mine are not wide enough and my thoughts are that maybe I was given the wrong size for our gazebo. The 12' side matches perfectly (no excess) and can be zipped together, but the 16' side is about 4' too short meeting together. If I move more grommets to the long side then the short side will not meet like they should... not too terrible for me personally as we very rarely use the curtains but does help to pull them together in a rain storm to keep the furniture from getting wet. Also, as others have mentioned the zipper pulls will not stay attached. We've had no issues with rust (after a lot of rain this year) and there is a hook in the roof where we hung a fan, draped some lights and we've had zero leaks. Well worth the money and the perfect addition to our back deck.

Threw patio looks Goode but sine parts that are part if the frame to put a bolt to secure the roof are very weak I had one part come off so easily there is some assembly parts that go below the roof in order to be able to put a bold and the roof not bending . They did not pack enough parts I was missing 10 parts so I can't finish installing the roof. It's been a month going back and forth with amazone amd the selling promising to send the part and no parts sent by them , think twice before spending your money on this brand cus you'll hit dead ends and there is no spare parts available for it cus if there were after a month of waiting you'll think I already be finished with these project. So be bery careful. It's so disappointing and sad. When you purchase sonething and cones incomplete and defective and there is no help or accountability for the product

Good value for the money. We purchased the 12 x 18 unit. Had a little shipping damage with a box but customer service resolved nicely. You should have at least two people and a taller step ladder (6 1/2 ft or more). Went together well, be aware there are a lot of pieces. Take your time and read directions carefully.

I am impressed with the overall design and sturdiness. Assembly instructions were clear enough, even though they are pictorial only. I advise looking ahead a little to check next steps. I disagreed with the steps when it came to the roof. instead of laying out all the roof panels and putting the clips on, I found the panels I needed for the next step and put the Z clips on as I put the panels up and I put one or 2 screws in the panel to hold it in place while we put the other panels up. I was able to do most of the assembly by myself. I built the first part upside down with the legs up in the air. Then I needed some help to turn it over (wife and 13 year old grand daughter). I also needed help putting roof panels on (one more person). One person cannot reach far enough to align the top of the panels and put the nuts on the screws or tighten them, it takes 2. The manufacture did provide a few extra screws, spacers and Z clips. Apparently in case of loss or other problems. This was nice. I did have trouble with a couple screws out of a couple of hundred. One cross threaded (probably my fault) and I couldn't straighten it out. Where it was, I was able to drill next to it and put in a bolt and nut all the way through a roof support brace. Another acted a bit like it may have stripped or the captive nut spun. But, where it was, I felt it was good enough as is. All of the holes lined up well and alignment was not a problem. If they don't you may just need to make sure the unit is square. My only criticism would be: 1.) there seem to be no written instructions anywhere and no contact or customer service number to call if you need help or replacement parts. Possibly the seller would be the contact. 2.) the lower drip edge does not have enough support in my opinion. It is only held in the middle and and at the corner of the roof and is pretty thin metal. Living where it snows I was concerned that snow would push the edge off and bend it. So, I added two sheet metal screws for each piece. So 16 screws. I got painted #8 x 1/2 stainless steel screws (for windows) at the local hardware store. Drilled through the trim and roof and screwed them in from underneath. They are hidden from by the trim on the topside and dark brown from the lower side. This made the trim much more secure.

Nice Gazebo, good material, Heavy but super sturdy. We have found though sitting under it you have bad cell reception.

Gazebo is great once you figure it out. Instructions worthless! My husband and his friend have 14 hours in project to get it completed. Both are handy with building. No way you can put this up in 5 hours unless there are multipe people installing it. If instructions were better maybe.
