What is the overall height dimension including stand at its lowest setting?

I moved the monitor to lowest setting and distance from top of my desk to top of monitor is 17 3/4 inches. Highest setting desktop to top of mointor was 22 inches exactly

why I only get 59hz and resolution is not 2560x1080 as advertised i get less and no option to change it,
