No, it does not have a pain reliever. It is a Topical first aid to protect from infection and promote healing.

The package doesn’t specifically where Polysporin is made... it just says it’s distributed by Johnson & Johnson. I’m pretty sure it’s USA made.

When is the expiration date?

There should be an expiration date stamped on the box. If you can’t find it, call the 800 number that’s on the tube and they’ll help you.

Works well, and apparently better for you than Neosporin

So here's an interesting tidbit: after googling around, the main difference between this (Polysporin) and Neosporin, is that Polysporin has only two active ingredients while Neosporin has three. You might think that this means Neosporin is better, right? Well apparently the third ingredient which is present only in Neosporin (neomycin) has a higher incidence of allergic reactions on the skin, and can even cause one to develop an allergy to it after "prolonged exposure", even if you didn't have such an allergy in the past. These risks are apparently not as much of an issue with the other two active ingredients that Polysporin uses (polymixin and bacitracin). I suppose this may be why the label says it's the "#1 Dermatologist recommended" brand.

Get tube with cone cap because tube with cylindrical cap too watery.

Reputable manufacturer but prefer cone screw cap than cylindrical cap to tube, because latter tube batch was too watery.
