I was worried it would roll down my belly and my thigh area it would ride up, but based on the video it held through. You do have to wear this a bit to help the shorts fabric contour your shape. I did notice at 1st it kinda rolled off my belly but I think I just needed to wear it for about 5 mins to get it to set into my body shape. It is a little see through when I squat, but it's not major of a concern, especially for this color. Just wear neutral color or the same color as the fabric and you should be good. I will still wear this while I work on glutes and legs. I don't think it will be a huge deal in the gym. I have seen way worse on leggings I wore & made sacrifices in the past wearing them.. these are much thicker material.
