Nice prop for nice price. However, the split pin is NOT included, so be careful when removing the old one, or have a replacement pin ready from another source!

     Exact fit For a 2000 mercury 3.3 two stroke. I had to remove the old plastic prop by cutting the cotter pin with a dremel tool. Be careful not to mark the prop shaft.  Remove the old prop and use marine grease on the shaft and internal cotter pin. The entire installation took took less than 30minutes with most of time spent on removing the older prop. This item came with a new cotter pin for installation. You will still need the old alignment key pin at the base of the shaft
