I was fairly skeptical for quite some time before ordering. I read tons of reviews and went for it. It's perfectly clean and works like new. Wrapped well. Maybe a few minor scuffs but nothing noticeable to the touch. I will be getting at least two more for xbox and hopefully some gamecube ones.

I ordered this refurbished controller for a grandson and he loves it. They had the xbox 360 but only had one wireless controller. I was hesitant at first with the idea that it was a refurb but the price is what convinced me. Of course with a refurb you never know what you are going to get so was interested in seeing it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it because I thought that it would at least have a couple dings on it. This controller looked like new. The kids are now using this and it works great. They have had no issues with any of the buttons sticking or not working. It also came with a set of batteries so that they could play with it right away. It can be difficult to write a review on something that I don't use but I can see the enjoyment they have while using this controller while playing their games. Now they don't have to argue about which one gets to use the wireless controller and can set the wired controller off to the side. I have to say that the price was competitive and that is something that I need to fit my budget. This was the first time that I had made a purchase of a refurbished controller but will be doing this more often and not have to hesitate about what condition it will be in.

the controller works perfectly, but it turns out you need an adapter to play on pc. it wasn’t too much of a bother for me personally though. i was patient enough to wait for an adapter

I was so looking forward to getting the replacement controller because mine stopped working one day.Upon receiving the product, I tried it out and it didn't work. I thought it was the batteries and got some new ones. It still didn't work.I took a closer look and noticed that the metal piece where the batteries touched is corroded, just like the one I had. So it seems like this is a common defect for this controller over time. I was disappointed that the seller didn't check that before sending it to me.I did purchase this item at full price.

i was honestly a little hesitant to buy this but i figured i’d give it a shot considering amazon’s certified refurbished warranty. turned out to be a great deal! it came in a nice little package and everything works as expected. i immediately cleaned and wiped it down after taking it out of the package just to be safe but it honestly wasn’t dirty even in the slightest i am just a very paranoid person lol. this was honestly a very good deal considering they don’t make these controllers anymore, and i highly recommend you try it as well if you’re looking for an xbox 360 controller these many years later. with amazon’s warranty even if you get a defective product they will replace it for free! give it a shot idk i like it!
