Has anyone used both the spray professional version with and without oxy? What have you noticed is the difference?

Yes! My dog had an upset tummy and I sprayed this on it then used my pet pro vacuum and it completely took it out. I was shocked, first time I actually used a product that worked and I spent so much on so many different sprays for pets with a mediocre result.

I do not have a bissell cleaner, after I spray it on, can I use a regular vacuum?

Spray it on. I use just a hand brush. When dry vacuum.

How do you turn the nozzle?

You don’t turn the nozzle. You hold the nozzle in the bottle in the direction you desire and turn the attached cap to tighten the direction.
