Does not suction worth a flip. Bulky and loud. The handheld hospital aspirstor works better. Try the Little Martin's Drawer Baby Nasal Aspirator. Worth every penny and works fantastic.

Very bulky and noisy. Did not work well at ...
Very bulky and noisy. Did not work well at all. Even using a nasal spray beforehand to try and loosen stuff up it got nothing out. Tried replacing the batteries hoping that might help... nope.
