**Q: What is approximate tsp equivalent of recommended 20 mg serving?**
A: You obviously don't have a precision scale handy, so let's go volumetric. Crack open the bag ever so slightly, then squeeze all the air out of it till powder almost comes out. Seal the bag. And I mean it. Now push the bag in a container (bucket) filled with liquid (vodka). Once it's completely submerged, mark the "water" line in the bucket wall. Remove bag, make a second line where the liquid now settles, then calculate the volume dislocated by the bag. Hopefully you used a cilindrical container. If not, that will require some elementary calculus. Divide the volume dislocated by the number of mg in a bag, and multiply by 20. Voila. Now, convert that volume to the Imperial system and you've got teaspoon fractions. You're welcome.

A: No, but I was aware of this prior and use my own measure devices.

Methylcobalamin is the natural form of b12, and more expensive, which is why I bought the loose powder. Please be careful with this stuff - Even at 1% strength, it is really powerfull. Get yourself a milligram scale - they are not expensive. The dose of 20 mg listed on the package is over 80 times the recommended daily allowance. I received this item when its not far from expiry date but it still works even if it expired 😂. I add this to my own proprietary electrolyte mix. Great value. I'd definitely buy it again but I can't imagine going through it all. The serving size is a very small quantity so I recommend using a sub-gram food scale for measuring quantities.
