Probably a knock-off? The paint and detail is pretty poor.
In this past year I've bought my daughter quite a few Schleich toys. They're almost always very well made and the attention to detail is incredible. As a result I've never minded paying a little bit extra for the quality. But this one? Not so much. Firstly, it didn't come in a box. All the Schleich toys I've bought before have had. The paint and detail on this one is poor and if wasn't for my daughters insistence on having it, I can assure you it would have gone straight back.
