For me the sleeves need to be longer.
On me technically the sleeves fit, but are too short for arm movement. Other than that it's a nice shirt. Not particularly over joyed by it, but it's nice.

Happy with purchase - seems well made. Only comment I'd make is sizing. I like a work shirt to be slightly 'loose' and these are pretty snug. Suggest two sizes larger than recommended.
