R+Co GEMSTONE Color Shampoo, Relative Paradise Scent

Love R+Co products! I typically prefer the television line, but it’s nice to switch it up. I will say, it does help hold your color and it smells amazing. As it is pretty concentrated, I have to section my hair with applying and rinsing out but it makes my hair feel great!

Had problem with hair color washing out after shampooing and thinning hair. This shampoo not only makes my hair color last longer, it also greatly reduced hair falling out. I like that it is paraben and sulfate free. The fragrance is light, but pleasant. The shampoo is thick and goes a long way. More suds would be nice, but that is the tradeoff for a natural product. It lathers enough to still do the job. I use a small amount of conditioner after shampooing as the shampoo leaves my hair feeling dry and tangled. Am using an organic conditioner I purchased with a different organic type shampoo. It does a good job. Other people have commented on the R+Co conditioner being too thick so plan to stick with the Pura D'or conditioner I am presently using. My hair stylist commented on how healthy my hair is, especially since I have been coloring it for years. I did switch to Madison Reed light ash brown hair color which doesn't turn brassy or yellow after a few shampoos. Also, Madison Reed does not cause itchy bumps on my scalp like I experienced with other color products, even "organic" ones.

I love the shampoo. It works. I have been using the shampoo for the last seven years. It puts nice full thickness in my hair. I can also style my hair nicely with it too.

Great product

I didn't realize I had an itchy scalp until I tried this shampoo. After using it for a few days I realized how nice it felt. It isn't crazy foamy but I never felt as though my hair wasn't clean. I have super fine hair so greasy hair will not work for me. The no shampooing phase would never work for my hair type. This shampoo smells great, cleans and doesn't make my hair dry.

This is a real review. I have used the Dallas shampoo and conditioner by R &Co for years. I recently dyed my hair and my hair stylist recommended this product to help shield my color from fading. It smells nice, I think it helped a little bit with fading, but I must say, I prefer the Dallas shampoo and conditioner, that makes you hair feel thick, but it does not protect from sun like this one.

Huge fan of R+Co. Gemstone Product. This is great for color corrected hair.
