The organizational side of me is soooo happy w how this fits my stuff! I don’t have seafarers, but I have catan w the 5-6 player expansion, and cities & knights w the 5-6 expansion. I know this advertises as not being big enough for the 5-6 expansions, but I made it work. Lol! (There’s a box w a 4-dividers so I used 2 of those boxes for the 5th and 6th players stuff.) I used to have to carry numerous boxes and now I just carry one! Yes... it’s heavy but it’s so worth it! The wooden cut outs are so cute too! A little hard to put together and def some pieces broke off when I was jamming it together... but once they were all in place, the pieces held together really well. :) highly recommend! No, it does not. It works with the base game, cities and knights and seafarers expansions. **Q: Where do the outside boarders (water pieces) fit** A: Inside the box. **Q: Does this fit the old or the new catan boxes?** A: The unit fits inside the box from Cities and Knights. It's not perfect but it works. **Q: Can you provide the dimensions of the Catan pieces box?** A: There are several small boxes within the set. They contain different sizes for storing different parts of the game. Four boxes for each of the main four color pieces, one open ended box with slanted slats for cards, and a bigger slotted box for the “banker” to keep the cards for all the items to collect for instance. It’s really a great, quality set. I bought two of them now, one for me and one for my son’s set. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and organized! *by M***9 on November 4, 2020* This thing is a game changer. Was able to separate the 3-4 player and the 5-6 player parts very well. And still fits my special dice withought taking them out of their box ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome & A little rough on the hands! *by T***Y on January 14, 2026* My family has been playing cities and knights for 20 years! It’s a staple and my favorite expansion. I’ve had my game stored in multiple boxes for years, and when I saw this, I knew I had to get it. I was able to fit in everything from the base game + expansion, and the C&K base game+ expansion. I have a giant plastic board that holds the game together, so have never used the ocean pieces that come with the game (the frame or original hexes). I don’t know that everything would fit if I had to include those. But everything (double dice, double numbers, 6 player pieces, et,) plus a stack of instructions fit well in my C&K original box! You def need the thicker box if you want to include everything. My standard settlers box from 20+ years ago didn’t have enough depth—I think the newer versions are taller so take that as you will. I wish the 5/6 expansion fit like the original pieces (only 4 player boxes), but it fit in other spaces available so I wasn’t too worried. It’s everything you need to keep your C&K game organized. Only con is that the wood pieces need some extra oomph/a bit sharp and my hands are a bit roughed up. But 20 mins post build and they’re feeling better—no lasting marks haha. Highly recommend this bad boy if you’re looking to organize your game! ## Frequently Bought Together - TowerRex Organizer Compatible with Catan Board Game and Cities and Knights, Seafarers Expansions, Storage Insert, Accessories Upgrade - CATAN Seafarers Board Game Expansion - Explore, Settle, and Conquer New Isles!
