I have used this product numerous times a few years ago. Not sure what has been changed but I started taking them this week taking only 2 a day. I started having rapid heartbeats. I have no health issues so this was very scary that I stopped taking them and the fast heartbeats went away.

Hello. I have never written a review before, but I know how helpful they are so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am 18 and 5'5, began my weight-loss journey at 151 lbs, which a doctor would say is one pound overweight. I have lost weight before, and gained a lot of it back. My goal now is to lose 21 lbs in a few months. I started these pills knowing that I do very well with caffeine. On the first day, I took 2 pills with each dose instead of 3. I took 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch around 5.5 hours later. BOTH times, I was good and happy for about 2 hours, and then I began to feel very nauseous and it didn't go away for around an hour. But, the next morning, I was already down 1.2 lbs. I cut down to 3 pills per day; two with breakfast and 1 with lunch to avoid nausea. This worked, and I no longer was feeling nauseous, unless I hadn't eaten enough. After 3 days, I had lost a total of 3 lbs. After 5 days, I had lost a total of 4 lbs and after 7 days, I lost a total of 5 lbs. Pretty good! I plan on taking these for maybe a month or two, I'm not sure. I like them because they give me more energy throughout my day and prettymuch make me lose double the weight than I would without them. I must mention, I haven't been ONLY taking these pills. Nothing is going to work magically like that. I have been eating around 1000 calories per day and using the treadmill 30 minutes per night, burning around 150 calories, and I also have been drinking Lyfe Tea every morning and night to help with my metabolism & digestion. Id say if you really are dedicated to lose weight and you need an extra push, then I would recommend these. Just make sure you adjust the amount of pills you take to what's comfortable for YOU personally, as everyone is different. Good luck!! :)

It's definitely not going to lose the weight FOR you. You still have to diet and exercise. But I feel this is a decent supplement for women. I struggle with feeling bloating and this worked best to control that. Appetite is all in the mind... A placebo can tell you it's an appetite suppressant and you'll believe it and "feel less of an appetite." This didn't really do much to control it. If you're caffeine sensitive, don't start with 3. It recommends 3, but I already drink coffee and a lot of green tea throughout the day, so I only take 2 now. This never gave me a stomach ache, but caffeine is a natural diuretic so it'll happen to a lot of people who don't usually consume a lot of caffeine. I'm on my third bottle and in a month I have lost about 10lbs. Of course, this isn't just because of the pills... I diet and exercise too. I would have probably lost the same without it. But the bloating thing... man it helps so much. Keep in mind, because it asks you to take 3, twice a day, one bottle will only last you about 10 days. Taking fewer will prolong it. Overall, I think this is too expensive of a product too rely on.

I've been using these for about 2 weeks now, and I'm pretty satisfied. I'm 20 years old and looking to lose about 50 pounds.. I've tried a lot of different pills in my day and nothing ever seemed to work. I have a really tough time losing weight and an easy time putting it on. One of my biggest problems has been not being to able to fight the urge to eat all the time, and badly. I've tried so, so many times to control this and have failed. I have never been able to lose weight. Pretty much ever. Except once when I was younger when it was easier. I'm almost out of my first bottle and definitely plan on buying some more. All you need is that small amount of progress to reinforce your encouragement, because it is all too easy to get discouraged during a weight loss endeavor when you try so hard and get nothing in return. I finally feel like I can do this, finally, after so many years of what felt like doom. It's going to take a while and in no way do I believe these pills will change me over night, but slowly and much better than before when I didn't have them, I WILL look back in the mirror and smile. Thank you slim quick, you will change my life. Everyone is different, and it may not work for you, but nothing has worked for me in the past and these seem to be doing their job. So give it a shot. You never know, this could be the one that works for you like it finally worked for me. Just make sure you eat right and work out so you can tell for sure if it works for you or not. Good luck. I bought this product 3 times since january and it is now May and I have lost a total of 35lbs. I am a big snack eater and this has definitely help keep my mind occupied I also catch myself wanting to exercise or be more productive. I kept up with exercise while taking but no restrictive dieting. My husband also began taking with me and has now lost 22lbs he did not exercise and chose to cut out any extra caffeine and stick to water but no restrictive dieting either. He had no side effect. I was very worried I would because i do not do well with high amounts of caffeine but this was very different I could focus I didn’t get dizzy I was never anxious. This is definitely a easy quick fix.
