Very tiny tiny oil filter but does work.
2009 Nissan 5.6 titan pick up truck extra cab version. What a very very small nissan oil filter for such a big truck like my 2009 nissan titan extra cab with a 5.6 engine in it. I have seen larger oil filters on lawnmower engines. But it does work and that's how that counts. I guess. The oil filter it replaces the older one I had on the truck the nissan part number 15208 9E01A is also very small but this one they sent me the new updated version 15208-65FOE is even smaller. But I guess that's process for you. Also never changed my oil before. So you have to remove the front bottom steel engine protector on it. Watch your head because it will come crashing down on you when you remove the last 10mm bolt. And boy a lot of oil comes of that nissan 5.6 engine. Filled up my whole oil drip pan container. And its a large one. Then the old filter was hard to get off so had to use a wrench very carefully on it to remove it or to start it moving counter clockwise. Also had to buy two containers of castrol high mileage 5w-30w oil because it was the cheapest at about 20.97 per 5 quart container because this truck takes so much oil at about 6.5 quarts.
