I bought these during pregnancy as i had got a urine infection and had to go on antibiotics. My sister in law recommended these to me and they have been great. So easy to take even with severe pregnancy sickness as they are scentless and tasteless. They are fairly reasonably priced but it reflects the good quality of the product. I take it after eating breakfast and they've been a huge help in keeping me healthy during pregnancy.

I’m currently pregnant and also suffer from IBS. I’ve been taking this probiotic for two months and decided to stop to see how I’d feel, but my symptoms quickly flared up again. I had to repurchase it, and it’s made a noticeable difference. Really effective product.
