Hi, The volume of the Goat Whey Protein Concentrate is different from any other protein powders or flour. Two Tablespoons of this product is equal to 8 Grams of product, not 28 dry ounces. It weighs different and has a fluffier texture so it may take more tablespoons than usual protein powders to equal an Ounce.

Aside from the fact that it will clump (which I'm ok with) will there be any decrease in nutritional benefit if it's added to hot water?
