Great flavored black tea-butterscotch
The tea is amazing and usually very consistent — it’s my favorite black tea. However, this time I noticed that several tea bag packets had loose tea outside of the bags. I’m not sure what happened, but I hope quality control can assess and resolve the issue. I still love the product and look forward to it being back to its usual standard.

Stale batch
This company is awesome and I love their products, which are normally fantastic. But this specific flavor im guessing doesn’t get restocked very often and it is stale unfortunately. I don’t think we’ll get fresh ones until the final few get purchased so I’ll maybe write another review when it gets restocked with fresh product. Also there is a dust that might be root product and might be actual dirt in the packets. Something for the company to look out for .

The best satisfying tea I’ve had.
I learned about this tea from a friend who is a chef. She raved about it and gave me the info to order. Couldn’t wait to have a good supply. Warms you on a cold winter day and is healthy to boot.

Chaga + Ashwaghanda, a calming reset and a warm hug.
I received this order swiftly. The tea has a beautiful reddish-brown colour, smells and tastes slightly nutty and earthy, with hints of vanilla (Chaga naturally contains vanillin). The Carob pods give it some added richness and caramel notes, and the Chicory root gives a subtle plant based coffee-esque taste. As a self-studied Herbalist of 6 years, who has also foraged wild chaga, the flavour is not much different from it at all, so I know this product is very high-quality. The ashwaghanda is lovely too, as it provides a calming effect on the body. This is absolutely a tea for rainy evenings sat by the fire or reading a book.

Tea bags are mostly broken
Amazing product, but the tea bags are mostly all broken. Have to transfer it to another tea bag or strainer. Would be best to just sell it loose. I'd have given this a five star rating otherwise.
