Fingers were somewhat tight on my sons finger. I had to make small slit in finger elastic as my sons fingers were losing blood circulation after about 20 minutes of use. Product however is very good in reinforcing proper finger and wrist follow through on jump shot.

Not worth your $30
It helps a little bit but is definitley not worth the money. You would be much better off practicing your shot.
