The Gator french press is an interesting piece of equipment, offering a very sturdy, nay heavy, receptacle for the coffee, and a very high quality mesh filter. The press keeps your coffee quite hot for an extended period and the double mesh filter keeps grinds out of your drink. The presentation is excellent and the dark grey finish really adds to the premium look and feel. It's a little more expensive than the glass equivalents, but you've got no risk of breaking anything should it drop on the floor. The single piece stainless press is a doddle to clean and does not stain or trap grinds. Highly recommended.
