can you defrost and cook a 12" pizza in this is it deep enough or is it only good for a small pizza ? some say max is 10" some say 12"

I got out a tape measure for you, the distance from the back of the cooker to the point that the door closes to is exactly 12". So it depends just how accurately your pizzas are made!

Does it really only weight 7kg? All other ovens are at least 4 times heavier, I assume because of the heat retaining bricks.

I don't know how much it weighs but its not terribly heavy. I can lift it easily. I didn't think that table top ovens had heat retaining bricks in them. My previous table top oven was lighter than this one and was in use for around 15 years and still working when I changed it for a new one. This one is a good little oven.

can we make french fries and chips in this oven just like other air fryers?

This is an electronic oven, not an air fryer.
