It has three heat settings. Hot, warm and cool. It is a great hair dryer and very lightweight.

How do you remove the back filter? I tried the little screw but it didn’t do anything and unscreened doesn’t seem to work. Thanks.

I couldn't figure it out either. I returned it. It ate my daughter's hair.

Does it include a diffuser?
