Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM Premium-Quality Quiet 40mm Fan

Reviews don't do justice to Noctua fans. They are so quiet and get the job done in terms of cooling. The material and accessories are of premium quality. Even if imported, they are worth the price.

The fan is so quiet, it’s impossible to hear anything. The fan is built super well, and comes with a variety of various connection. I was very pleasantly surprised that Noctua even included an adapter that I exactly would have wanted, which converts the connector to a red and black wire for soldering which is what I needed for my Ender 3. I was so impressed. Comes with all kinds of things in really nice packaging. This was an exceptional product experience. Up there among the very best. Noctua is top notch. I’ll be buying my fans exclusively from them from now on.

Adding adding 10G copper transceivers, the stock fans were unbearably whiny because the copper transceivers run crazy hot. I swapped the stock fans to these and now all I get is peace and tranquility.

Got 3 of these in my 1U server and it’s very quite, compared to my old fans.

Got these to install in a MikroTik switch that is inside my office area. Worked great! They fit pefectly and the fan header connectors were compatable with the switch. They would probably also work in a 1U server but they may not push enough air for really demanding cooling. Switch and router and lower power 1U devices they are perfect. Also include the standard Noctua goodies in the box. Very nicely made and high quality.
