how to get the cream out of the jar

We have heard of a few issues with this new jar being unpredictable and have alerted the packaging manufacturer to have this resolved asap. This is such a unique and incredible face cream and the packaging will be better than ever soon!

Does anyone use this along with the renew serum? I’ve noticed that both of them say to use after cleanser and toner, but not sure if both are needed.

Hi! Yes, you can absolutely use this with Renew Serum! After cleansing and toning, apply Renew Serum then apply Restorative Cream on top.

Can this be used as a daytime cream or preferably at night?

The Restorative Cream can be used daily and under make-up. It is very creamy and a little goes a long way. Might I suggest the Conditioning Milk Cleanser. It is just as creamy as the Restorative Cream with the feeling of a smooth and clean face when rinsed. Love their products! I don't think you would be disappointed.

Why is the tube not blue and white? Is the tube shown an older version?
