I am always skeptical of supplement testimonials because what works for you may not work for me, etc, so here are my 2 cents worth. I started taking his a week ago and have seen a big improvement in pain relief and mobility in my arthritic knees. I take 3 capsules in the morning before breakfast. My Chiropractor friend told me about the benefits of takingTurmeric and Bromelain together and this product has both plus several other beneficial ingredients. I no longer walk around all day wearing knee braces, and that's just after a week being on this supplement. After a round of golf my knees always hurt for a few days. I golfed yesterday wearing my knee braces as I always do and after the 18 hole round my knees did ache a bit but nowhere near like they used to. Even today, a day after golf, my knees feel great and I do not have on the knee braces. I recently saw an infomercial about a different joint supplement but I thought the price was outrageous and, as I said, I never put much faith in televised testimonials because you never know what incentives the person received. Dr. Bo's products do have testimonials however they are from athletes and entertainers who we have all heard of so I have more confidence in theirs. Read the reviews on Amazon like I did. I say try it and hopefully it will work for you as it did me. I will be checking out the other suppliments the company has.

I fell down the stairs and ended up with a torn meniscus. Then reinjured it stepping the wrong way and was on crutches due to intense pain. My insurance has a huge deductible, so surgery was not available to me. Ordered Dr Bo's Glucosamine Chondroitin and within the first 3 days noticed a reduction in pain and swelling. After taking this for 2 weeks, I am not even wearing a knee brace anymore and my knee feels almost normal again. Don't feel like I need to have the $40000 surgery at this point. I am a veteren merchandiser working in the grocery store business and so my feet and knees take a good pounding through the week and left sore on days off but after taking this after a week (2 at first every other day, then 1 after 2 weeks of usage) and noticeble results while working mid shift. No more fatigue or aches. Will continue purchasing this for sure.

42 year old active male, gym 5 days a week plus sports. Was having some shoulder pain, some wrist pain and decided to see if this could help. After the first week I noticed that my lower back pain which I've had for over 6 months disappeared. I wasn't even buying it for that, but its the first thing that got better. My shoulder do feel a touch better, my wrist is still sore. The wrist pain is more likely an over-use injury that I just need to slow down and heal. Here is a weird thing; some friends my age say they now need to get up during the night to pee which they never had to do in their entire life. Mine started like a year ago. After my lower back pain disappeared, so did the urge to pee during the night. Seems like somehow the pain was creating the urge to pee; I'm not sure how it feels better but it was undeniable how it was sustained pain for months and the only thing that changed was the pills and poof. I haven't noticed any side effects. I'm not the best with swallowing pills; these are normal "large" pills and I read one method online which works great, to hold the pill in my mouth with water, point your face at the floor and then swallow. I don't even notice the pill.

I ordered this product out of desperation. I had begun to experience chronic knee pain around a year ago to the point where I had great difficulty going up and down stairs. I'm an active person who lives in a house with a long staircase. My bedroom is upstairs and I take care of my elderly mother who lives downstairs. I have to go up and down stairs at least 10 or more times a day to assist her, cook and clean etc. I also have 2 children who I care for. He started using it and after a few days he told me that it really helps with his pain.
