Can this grinder chop nuts without pulverizing them?

I have two. One for Flax seed, that I want completely ground into meal and the other one is for whole coffee beans that I sometimes prefer less finely ground. I suppose if you wanted less “pulverized” nuts you would just pulse till it was the size you wanted.

Will it do an espresso grind?

Yes! It grinding coffee beans to fine coffee ground which is prefect for making espresso.

How long would i do this for coarse grind?

You have complete control of grinder. Coarse grind 8-10 seconds. Coffee maker grind works best at 15 seconds, fine up to 20.

Is the stainless steel bowl removable?

No, it is not. You just wipe it clean and it also comes with a little brush to clean the bowl.
