Good construction, but you will need to solder the connections
Got this to replace a malfunctioning switch on a blower unit. Please note this does not have a set screw like some may have to fix it on the spinning shaft. And as will just about all of the other units out there, you will need to have some basic soldering skills to connect this to the motor wiring - do not attempt if you don't have basic soldering skills and electrical safety understanding.
