Saves the faff of powder or masses of capsules, it's great to take as a liquid so I hope it continues to be available. Update: over a month later I have lovely finger & toenails, no hair loss with my diet if anything it's thicker & shinier. Highly recommended, still enjoying it daily as a squash rather than a shot.

A: It doesn't have calorie content on it. However, the serving size is small at 25ml. A bottle contains 20 servings. My guess is it will be around 30 Cals, serving. Can't be much more than that.

**Q: Hi. I forgot to refrigerate for the first 3 days after opening. Its in the fridge now, will it still be effective?**
A: I have never refrigerated mine and it seems to be ok.
