Great results for me!
I used this on a mahogany bar that my grandfather built in 1936. It had some rings on it and this took them right out. Other products (like orange oil) covered them up but they always came back to the surface in a day or two. So far so good with this product! The bar looks beautiful. The smell….VERY mild…for linseed oil I was pleasantly surprised!!

BOILED Linseed Oil - Awesome Finish, Makes Wood Grain Pop - Highly Recommended
This is a great product. I have been looking for BOILED Linseed Oil for the longest time but I could only ever find it in large size jugs of a gallon or more, or the overpriced chemically mixed one. This oil works great, has very little [and also tolerable] odor and the price was right. First used it on my hammer's wood handle and it has restored the beauty of the wood. Had this hammer for nearly 20 years and got a LOT of use out of it. The wood was in good shape but visibly used & old. Putting about 10-15 coats of this oil on it has made it look almost brand new again. Now I'm currently using it on the Hickory handle of my Council Tools Woodcraft 24" Axe. I've put on about 10 coats (out of 20 planned) and it has already begun to show a beautiful finish on the axe handle. It was already a beautiful and smooth piece of wood, but after applying this oil it has really brought out the wood grain and has already created a very nice lustre as well. Can't wait to see what it looks like after the full job is done. The only thing I would advise other users is to be mindful of how they dispose of any rags, gloves, etc...that are used for application of the oil. It's certainly not dangerous in and of itself, but in some cases it has been known to become unstable and possibly catch fire/blow if you dispose of carelessly, crumble up oil-soaked rags in the garbage with no breathing room or without washing them. Extremely easy to avoid any of these issues, though. Me personally I apply with a disposable glove - sometimes in tandem with a paper towel or small hand-rag. Once finished, I rinse the glove & rags with warm water and either Palmolive or Dawn dish soap prior to throwing in the trash. Dawn works best for oil/grease but Palmolive has also been good for this. I've done it this way daily and had absolutely NO problems. Doing your clean-up this way simultaneously creates peace of mind and minimizes any lingering smell from permeating the garbage bag/trash can. I have never had any problems this way. Overall I definitely recommend this product for any wood treatments you have around the house. It's great.

Restores furniture quick and easy
The instructions on the bottle are simple to follow. A day after the first use, all the wooden surfaces that got a dose were looking much more vibrant, especially my ax (both wooden handle and metal head got some). I think a couple of pieces may want another coat, but that's on me (testing it out). I'm not sure if the fumes are toxic, but google says it's non-toxic... so there you go. In any case, I'm not familiar with linseed oil, this is my first time using it, so wasn't really expecting the smell to be so strong. It dissipates after a few hours. Just make sure to air-out furniture in a cool dry place for the recommended 24 hours after wiping away the excess - and washing the cloth you used to apply it (where you don't sleep - I made that mistake). Excellent product, highly recommended.

High quality boiled linseed oil
Went on a little thick but looks pretty good once it fully cures, which can actually take quite awhile…..sometimes a few days or more, imo. Just be careful about how you dispose of the rags after use. Chuck the rags into a bucket of water and then lie them flat on concrete outside until they dry. Never toss them crinkled into a waste basket. They’re very flammable while damp

lo he comprado para un tocador que he heredado de mi suegra y estoy muy contenta con el resultado. es facil de aplicar y aunque huela un poquito (como todos estos productos) el olor se va rapido. eso si, cuidado a no mancharos la ropa!
